At Presidio, we begin with a client-centered approach, providing flexible transplant program which allow clients to manage and control contracting, medical management and claim administration or delegate them to a Presidio specialist.
PROGRAM FEATURES:
- Transplants: heart, lung, liver, kidney, pancreas, tissue, bone marrow, and small bowel
- Covered entities include HMOs, insurance companies and employers
- Individual, small and large group portfolios; Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Point of Service covered classes
- Benefit period includes 10-45 days prior to and 365 days post transplantation
- No deductible or coinsurance required
- $5,000,000 limit per person per year
- Customized provider network utilizing national centers of excellence to complement a client’s existing contracts
- Flexible medical management alternatives to augment a client’s existing services through the Presidio PULSETM Medical Management Program
- Integrates with existing reinsurance programs
- Premium payable per person per month
- Programs offered include risk transfer only or full carve out options which include managed care, network management, specialist care management and administration
