Presidio Reinsurance Corporation is a domestic licensed reinsurance company, wholly owned by Presidio Reinsurance Group. It assumes risk on programs underwritten by our underwriting management organizations, Presidio Excess Insurance Services, Inc. and Presidio Reinsurance Management, Ltd. Assuming a substantial portion of the risks we write is a key part of our strategy. It aligns our interests with those of our carrier partners, demonstrates our confidence in and commitment to the programs we underwrite, and reinforces our commitment to the Accident & Health market.
Presidio Excess Insurance Services, Inc. provides health insurance and reinsurance solutions, products and services to medical risk-bearing entities throughout North America and the Caribbean. Our products include HMO reinsurance, provider excess of loss, employer excess of loss, medical reinsurance - excess as well as proportional, and other specialty condition specific insurance and reinsurance products. Our clients include insurance companies, HMOs/health plans, health care provider groups, employers and other medical risk-bearing entities. Presidio Excess is headquartered in San Francisco, California and has offices in Minneapolis and Kansas City.
Presidio Reinsurance Management Limited provides accident and health reinsurance solutions and products to support companies worldwide. Our clients include major insurance companies, employers, affinity groups and financial institutions. Presidio Reinsurance Management focuses on a range of accident and health insurance coverage including catastrophe personal accident, general personal accident programs, key man, credit card, sports, passive war and terrorism (excluding NCB), excess of loss medical reinsurance and certain proportional medical contracts. Presidio Reinsurance Management is based in London, England and has a U.S. office in San Francisco, California.
